We have about 200 homes to contact about the Christmas party on December 13th, and need to have some volunteers to distribute the invite/flyer today, tomorrow or Wednesday. The flyers are rolled and rubber bands are available to attach the flyers to mail boxes.
If we can get individuals to take streets within your neighborhood to get the flyers out so people can make plans to attend. The Christmas party last year was an enjoyable event and we met a lot of people who we did not know before. This event promotes community involvement, so please volunteer to get these flyers out. Mary Ann and I need a response right away. Please call 770-0871 if you can deliver a portion of the flyers and put them in or near the mail box. Thank you.
